Took two puppies in last night, spent 1,000, followed all the instructions and gave all meds and they looked worse. Took them dorsum today, and 1 died later on they took it dorsum. The vet had no explanation and when confronted got defensive and patronizing and when she couldn't answer questions she blamed the overnight vet outset then threatened me and discharged our other sick puppy with no referral to other care. Puppy died twenty minutes after she took him off the Iv, not even plenty time to get to a better vet. They gave u.s. no indication last night that are puppies were then severely I'll they would exist dead within xv hours. So they took our money and left us with two dead puppies. Terrible care, terrible unprofessional vet who should exist ashamed at her own incompetence. Not the get-go or second puppy we brought to them to dice. Last week we took a sick six month onetime puppy. They were obsessed with her having Parvo tho she was negative on their exam and vaccinated. Followed their treatment and she died two days later, right earlier the VCA vet called to tell us the further testing was also Parvo negative. This place is not reliable. Three puppies at that place in two weeks, no articulate respond about what they had and all iii dead despite thousands of dollars and post-obit all the medicine instructions and fluid administrations. The results speak for themselves.

They have always taken corking intendance of my Buddy & Peanut. They are very expensive so make sure to call in to get an estimate earlier you have your fur baby. If you lot do accept the money, they are definitely worth it!!!

We took our domestic dog in when she was having concerning symptoms. I called the staff when nosotros were on our way and they were set up when we got at that place with a gurney and brought her dorsum to stabilize her while we finished checking in. Dr. Medoro told united states her concerns and options with the absolute best bedside manner. She let united states of america take our fourth dimension, was honest/realistic, and showed the upmost empathy. She texted united states the adjacent twenty-four hour period to check up on her and when our dog did pass she texted us again expressing her sympathy for our loss. We had an unfortunate outcome but the care that we were shown in a difficult fourth dimension helped tremendously.

If I could give this money hungry place zero stars I would, if you love your pets please dont take them hither because all they want is your money! I am suing this place for malpractice. All they did is prevarication and and then try to blame me. They told me March 11 my true cat had a cleaved pelvis and leg simply the X-ray indicated aught was broken after iii dissimilar medical professionals looked at them! Also afterwards receiving the proper intendance my true cat who vca stated had a broken pelvis and leg is magically walking without limping. Crazy that cleaved bones healed within 3 week span not only did yall endeavor to say it was my fault that my cat didnt heal just I paid a large amount of money for a splint that wasnt needed bc he had no broken bones. Yall will be hearing from the Texas state board of veterinary bc what yall did isnt right! No middle for these animals any at all coin for this place
