How Do I See My Microsoft Apps On Windows 10

Hi Dale, thanks for your question. I'm Graeme, a Microsoft Community expert and fellow user.

Your apps should show up in your Start menu. You can click the Start button on the bottom left of your screen to open the Start menu, then scroll up and down the apps list.

Otherwise, you can find the installed apps and their files in the C:\Program Files folder. You can access this by pressing Windows Key+E to open File Explorer, then navigating to that location.

But the easiest way is definitely through the Start menu. Let me know if you're having trouble using the Start menu and I'll provide further assistance! Thanks!

Search from the taskbar: Type the name of a document (or a keyword from it) into the search box on the taskbar.

If issue persist here are the steps that you can follow to rebuild search index in Windows 10:

1. Open the Control Panel (icons view), click/tap on the Indexing Options icon, and close the Control Panel.
2. Click/tap on the Advanced button.
3. In the Index Settings tab, click/tap on the Rebuild button under Troubleshooting.
4. Click/tap on OK to confirm.
5. Indexing will now be in progress.
6. When indexing has completed, click/tap on Close.

Hope the information provided is useful. If the issue persists, reply here and we will be glad to help you.

Angel.

Hi Dale

Are you trying to run the apps you downloaded or uninstall the apps you downloaded?

Where did you download those apps form, was that from the Microsoft Store or from a 3rd party website?

App in question is not in any of those locations, it was a Sudoku game.

i used my PC to open google play as the source, it asked me to sign in to my google account from which I selected install.

The game installed on my phone. Wonder if procedure used directed it to my phone and not my PC

What needs to be done to get it on my pc????

The Google Play Store only has Android apps available for download, not Windows 10 apps. You won't be able to run any Android apps on your Windows 10 PC.

You can however try a Sudoku app from the Microsoft Store, such as Microsoft Sudoku. Here's a link if you'd like to download it:
